Need help on how to get my money back?

spoke with the owner of the house, told me to call this # her name is racheal she shows my house we like the house filled out a appilcation and put down a deposit and recvice a recpt. i told the owner that i know long want the house i want my money back. because its not going to be ready when i needed it so long story short dont want to give us our money.
