Ways to overcome picky eating?? ?

Get what you know is healthy, and eat 1 bite, then reward yourself with your crap food. Then the next time eat 2 bites, then eat your crap food. Then 3 bites, then your crap food. The more exposure you have, the more likely you'll be more willing to eat what you're eating. Keep doing it until you have reached the government's recommended 5 servings a day.
