Matthew 12:33 Either make the tree good or corrupt. Is it like saying it's not grace + law, but grace or law?

This has nothing to do with grace or law. You're putting your own interpretation into the Scriptures. What Jesus is saying in this passage is that you should either be a true believer or an outright sinner. You can't be both, a hypocrite. God hates hypocrites more than outright sinners.
