Looking for an old scary movie dont know title or characters HELP!!!?

the only thing i remember is about an antique chair under a basement that was from england an it belonged to a witch. also there is a woman and 2 children a boy and girl and the girl was taken to the hospital because they would grow weak because the house with the bewitched chair had an old man who would suck thier soul or somthing no one saw that hotel only the woman in the end the woman seeks help with police and ghost readers and they tell her to take it oversease and burn it where it belongs and she will meet with the witch or something and as soon as the removes the chair the house dissappears in her eyes because no one else sees it. the spell is broken when the chair is burnt. my mom's been asking for this movie like crazy help?! i cant find it anywhere"(
