Is there something wrong with wearing tank tops under tube tops?

I have many different tank tops/spaghetti strapped tops and tube tops. I was searching what to wear with these besides just by themselves when I came across someone's flicker posting a comment saying,"tank tops don't go under tube tops. just wear the tank top! what's so wrong with your tank top? you spilled ketchup on it so you decided to throw a tube top over it? NO!" on a picture of a girl wearing a white tank top under a tube top. What's wrong with wearing tank tops under tube tops?
