Is this enough to eat?

Absolutely not. It is recommended that someone of your day has an average calorie intake of 2000 calories. If this is all you are eating you will lose about one and a half pounds a week if your only exercise comes from day to day activities, (i.e. no dancing, sports, laborious work or time at the gym) If you sustain this kind of diet you can get awfully sick and face the prospect of kidney and liver failure.
