Does anyone the title of a movie about a man who worked in a mill who set out to rescue a princess?

The princess was kidnapped from her ship via ghosts who carried her away in a flying carriage to a wizard who bewitched the queen and others and the only way you could tell was if you saw their reflection in a mirror, which showed their evil selves. The way to break the spell was to smash the mirror. The movie also involved a ship's captain and a leprechaun trapped in a glass bottle who helped the man find the princess. This movie is pretty old, but it was in color. I saw it on tv when I was young.
